The Bosch Rexroth 4WRPNH10C3B100L-2X/M/24FA6B (R901237536) is a state-of-the-art direct operated high-response valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. It features an integrated digital axis controller, ensuring superior performance in position control with underlying velocity control. The valve is equipped with both analog XX and digital X sensor interfaces, accommodating various types of sensors for comprehensive feedback and system monitoring. This model offers advanced functionalities such as DSC (Drive & Control System), clocksynchronized command value presetting compliant with PROFIdrive profile V, Telegram 1 or 2, and PROFIBUS DPV1 and DPV2 communication protocols. The integrated electronics facilitate error detection capabilities including cable break sensing, undervoltage, temperature monitoring of the electronics, communication errors, and watchdog synchronous monitoring. Additional features enhance the valve's performance by providing error output at 24 V or control for an isolator valve, actuating variable adaptation, dead band compensation, zero point correction, valve inflection compensation, friction compensation with direction-dependent amplification along with PIDT and state controllers. The Bosch Rexroth 4WRPNH10C3B100L-2X/M/24FA6B valve is designed to operate reliably under a maximum pressure of up to 315 bar and can handle a maximum flow rate of up to 100 liters per minute. Set-up
The IAC-R valve basically consists of:
direct operated high-response valve (1) with control spool and sleeve in servo quality integrated digital axis controller (2) with analog (X4/X7) or digital (X7) sensor interface PROFIBUS interface (X3) with functionality according to DP/V1 and clock synchronization according to DP/V2
Functional description
The IAC-R valve is a digital high-response valve with integrated axis controller and the following functionalities:
Position control DSC functionality analog (X4/X7) or digital (X7) sensor interface clock-synchronized command value presetting according to PROFIdrive profile V4.0 Telegram 5 or 105 The controller parameters are set via the PROFIdrive parameter protocol Separate supply voltage for bus/controller and power part (output stage) for safety reasons
The digital integrated control electronics enables the following error detection:
Cable break sensor technology Undervoltage Temperature of the integrated electronics Communication error Watchdog Synchronous monitoring

Project planning and maintenance instructions
Connect the valve to the supply voltage only when this is required for the functional sequence of the machine. Do not use electrical signals provided via control electronics (e. g. "No error" signal) for switching safety-relevant machine functions (see also EN ISO 13849 "Safety of machinery – safety-related parts of control systems"). If electro-magnetic interference is to be expected, take appropriate measures ensuring the function (depending on the application, e. g. shielding, filtration). The devices have been tested in the plant and are supplied with default settings. Only complete devices can be repaired. Repaired devices are returned with default settings.
