The Bosch Rexroth DZ10DP3-4X/75YM (R900501591) is a direct-operated pressure sequence valve designed for the pressure-dependent connection of secondary systems. This model ensures that when the pressure in channel A reaches the preset value of its internal compression spring, the control spool is actuated, allowing fluid to flow from A to B without causing a drop in channel A's pressure. The sequence valve's functionality allows for either internal or external control signal reception through its control line from channel A or via port X. Leakage oil discharge can be managed externally via port Y or internally through B, depending on the application requirements. It is important to note that with internal leakage oil discharge, the set cracking pressure will increase by the amount of pressure present in channel B. Additionally, there is an option to install a check valve for unobstructed return flow of hydraulic fluid from channel B to A. For monitoring purposes, this model features a pressure gauge connection that facilitates checking of the sequencing pressure directly at the valve. The DZ10DP3-4X/75YM offers various adjustment types including a rotary knob, threaded pin with hexagon and protective cap, lockable rotary knob with scale, and rotary knob with scale—all catering to different operational preferences. Designed for subplate mounting and conforming to ISO standard porting patterns, this Bosch Rexroth valve can withstand maximum operating pressures up to a specified bar level and accommodate maximum flow rates measured in liters per minute (l/min). The size and component series mark further define its capabilities and suitability for various hydraulic applications. Optional features like a check valve enhance its versatility in system design configurations.
Valve type DZ 10 DP is a direct operated pressure sequence valve. It is applied for pressure-dependent connection of a second system. The sequencing pressure is set via the adjustment type (1).
The compression spring (2) holds the control spool (3) in initial position, the valve is blocked. The pressure in channel A is applied via the control line (4) at the spool face of the control spool (3) opposite the compression spring (2).
If the pressure in channel A reaches the set value of the compression spring (2), the control spool (3) is moved to the right and the connection from A to B is opened. The system connected to channel B is connected without a pressure drop in channel A.
The control signal is received internally via the control line (4) from channel A or externally via port X.
Depending on the use of the valve, leakage oil discharge is realized externally via port Y or internally via B.
Attention!
With internal leakage oil discharge, the set cracking pressure is increased by the pressure in channel B.
A check valve (5) can be optionally installed for free hydraulic fluid return flow from channel B to channel A.
A pressure gauge connection (6) enables control of the sequencing pressure at the valve.
