The Bosch Rexroth DZ10DP2-4X/210XM (R900505843) is a direct operated pressure sequence valve designed with precision to ensure reliable performance in connecting a secondary system in a pressure-dependent manner. The valve operates by utilizing an adjustment type to set the sequencing pressure, while a compression spring maintains the control spool in its initial position, keeping the valve blocked until the required pressure threshold is met. In operation, when the pressure in channel A reaches the set value of the compression spring, it prompts the control spool to move and subsequently open the connection from A to B. This action allows for a seamless connection of the system linked to channel B without inducing a pressure drop in channel A. The control signal for this process can be sourced either internally from channel A or externally via port X. The design of this valve also accommodates different methods of leakage oil discharge; it can be executed externally through port Y or internally through B. Users should note that with internal leakage oil discharge, there will be an increase in set cracking pressure due to the presence of pressure in channel B. For additional functionality, an optional check valve may be installed to allow free return flow of hydraulic fluid from channel B back to channel A. Moreover, a pressure gauge connection point is included for monitoring sequencing pressure directly at the valve. The DZ10DP2-4X/210XM is engineered for subplate mounting and complies with ISO porting patterns. It comes with various options for setting and adjusting pressure ratings including rotary knobs (with or without scales), threaded pins with hexagon and protective cap, and lockable rotary knobs with scales. This model offers flexibility in terms of maximum operating pressures and flow rates, making it suitable for diverse applications where precise hydraulic control is necessary.
Valve type DZ 10 DP is a direct operated pressure sequence valve. It is applied for pressure-dependent connection of a second system. The sequencing pressure is set via the adjustment type (1).
The compression spring (2) holds the control spool (3) in initial position, the valve is blocked. The pressure in channel A is applied via the control line (4) at the spool face of the control spool (3) opposite the compression spring (2).
If the pressure in channel A reaches the set value of the compression spring (2), the control spool (3) is moved to the right and the connection from A to B is opened. The system connected to channel B is connected without a pressure drop in channel A.
The control signal is received internally via the control line (4) from channel A or externally via port X.
Depending on the use of the valve, leakage oil discharge is realized externally via port Y or internally via B.
Attention!
With internal leakage oil discharge, the set cracking pressure is increased by the pressure in channel B.
A check valve (5) can be optionally installed for free hydraulic fluid return flow from channel B to channel A.
A pressure gauge connection (6) enables control of the sequencing pressure at the valve.
