The Bosch Rexroth IH20M4B-DS01-1X/M00 (R900619739) is a versatile and modular control system assembly, designed to offer tailored solutions for hydraulic control applications. This product is part of Bosch Rexroth's innovative range, allowing for the creation of individualized systems from an array of modules and additional vertical stackings. The IH20M4B-DS01-1X/M00 is compatible with frame sizes A and B, suitable for direct operated or internally pilot-operated directional valves. The capabilities of this control system are dependent on the specific modules and valves selected by the user, ensuring a high degree of customization for various application needs. The product can handle different maximum volume flows which are contingent on the admissible flow velocities in the application it's used for, as well as the thread connections or connection flanges available at the IH modules. Typically, an IH control system complete assembly comprises several components including inlet segments, intermediate segments, sandwich plates, valves, accumulator segments, check functions in P port, valve segments, pump inlet segments and more. Each segment plays a critical role in ensuring that the control system operates effectively within its intended hydraulic circuit. Moreover, this modular block system boasts a compact construction that is ready for connection. It permits different sizes within one frame size to be combined in any sequence. Pressure and tank ports are accessible on both front sides of the assembled IH stacking assemblies. Actuator ports A and B are provided separately for each control circuit. It's important to note that functional elements like valves or nozzles are not included with this material number; these must be obtained separately. For those requiring detailed circuit diagrams or device lists pertaining to a complete IH stacking assembly configuration, Bosch Rexroth provides specific order documentation to assist with proper setup and integration into hydraulic systems.
General information
Function
The type IH20 control system (complete assembly) can be realized individually from different modules and additional vertical stackings. Functionality will differ according to the selected modules, valves etc.
This data sheet describes the properties of the individual modules with frame sizes A and B of the premium and standard programs which are primarily designed for direct operated or for internally pilot-operated directional valves.
Other functions (modules) in these frame sizes and modules for larger nominal volume flows (frame sizes C and D) are available on request.
The maximum volume flows possible for the individual frame sizes depend on the admissible flow velocities of the relevant application and the existing thread connections and/or connection flanges at the IH 20 modules. Actuator ports are usually located on the back.
