The Hydraforce 5002900 (5002900) is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, direct-acting, spool-type, screw-in hydraulic directional valve designed for high-pressure circuits. This model excels in controlling the direction of the flow in hydraulic systems. The operation of the SV3830X is straightforward and efficient: when de-energized, it permits fluid flow from port 2 to port 1 while blocking flow at port 3. Upon energization, the cartridge’s spool shifts to allow flow from port 3 to port 2 and simultaneously blocks flow out of port 1. Notably, while port 1 can be fully pressurized, it is not designed to serve as the inlet. This specific functionality makes the valve particularly suitable for applications where precise control of flow direction and blocking is necessary under varying pressure conditions. The robust design ensures reliability and performance consistency in demanding operational environments.
