The Hydraforce 5069313 (5069313) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally closed, poppet-type screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed to function as a load holding or blocking valve in applications that require low internal leakage. When de-energized, the SV16-P22AX model acts as a check valve, allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking reverse flow. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, and flow is also permitted from port 1 to port 2. This model features an integral position sensor that indicates when the valve is shifted and boasts a continuous-duty rated coil for reliable operation. Constructed with a hardened seat for enhanced durability and minimal leakage, it offers optional coil voltages and terminations for versatile application use. The efficient wet-armature construction ensures performance consistency, while the cartridges are voltage interchangeable for added convenience. Designed with waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K and unitized molded coil design, this product promises robust protection against environmental factors. Additionally, the solenoid tubes and coils have undergone a rigorous 960-hour salt-spray test rating for corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity even in harsh conditions.
