The Hydraforce PV70-30B-0-N-12DG (5111016) is a solenoid-operated, pressure-compensated, spool-type, normally closed priority type proportional flow control regulator. This versatile component can also function as a restrictive type, 2-way pressure compensated proportional flow regulator when port 2 is blocked. Designed to regulate priority flow from port 1 to port 3, the valve ensures consistent flow rates proportional to the current applied to the solenoid, regardless of system working pressure. Excessive flow is bypassed through port 2 and can be utilized for auxiliary functions. The PV70-30B-0-N-12DG features excellent linearity and hysteresis characteristics and is constructed with a hardened spool and cage for durability. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations along with efficient wet-armature construction. The unitized, molded coil design includes standard coil waterproofing, and a manual override option is available. This regulator supports various operating conditions with pressure ratings including an inlet pressure of up to 241 bar (3500 psi) and regulated port pressures of up to 207 bar (3000 psi). It withstands proof pressures of up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and burst pressures up to 896 bar (13000 psi). The valve accommodates different flow ratings depending on configuration, such as a maximum input flow of 49.2 lpm (13.0 gpm) in range A when three ports are used. Operating fluid temperatures range from -40\u00b0C to 100\u00b0C with Buna N seals or up to 204\u00b0C with fluorocarbon seals. The PV70-30B-0-N-12DG is designed for use with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids possessing lubricating properties within a viscosity range of 7.4 to 420 cSt. It requires installation into VC10-3 cavities with specific torque specifications for cartridge installation, coil nut, and cover cap torques ensuring secure setup without orientation restrictions.
