The Hydraforce PV70-30BM-8T-N-24DG (5111149) is a high-performance solenoid-operated, pressure-compensated, spool-type flow control valve. This normally closed, priority type proportional flow control regulator is designed to manage hydraulic fluid flow with precision and efficiency. It can also function as a restrictive type, 2-way pressure compensated flow regulator when port 2 is blocked. The valve regulates priority flow from port 1 to port 3, maintaining consistent output regardless of system working pressure, with the flow rate directly proportional to the current applied to the solenoid. Excessive flow bypasses through port 2, which can be utilized for auxiliary functions. The PV70-30BM-8T-N-24DG features excellent linearity and hysteresis characteristics due to its hardened spool and cage construction that ensures longevity. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations and employs efficient wet-armature construction for enhanced performance. Cartridges are voltage-interchangeable, and the unitized molded coil design includes standard waterproofing for durability in harsh environments. The valve's pressure ratings include an inlet pressure of 241 bar (3500 psi), regulated pressure at port 3 of up to 207 bar (3000 psi), proof pressure of 345 bar (5000 psi), and burst pressure up to 896 bar (13000 psi). Flow ratings vary based on configuration but can reach up to a maximum input of 49.2 lpm (13 gpm) in certain setups. The PV70-30BM-8T-N-24DG operates effectively across a wide temperature range with various seal options available for different operating conditions. It meets rigorous corrosion protection standards with a rating of up to 960 hours salt spray per ASTM B117.
