The Hydraforce 5120042 (5120042) is a solenoid-operated, spool-type, normally closed, proportional flow control valve. It is specifically engineered to work with a pressure compensator, allowing it to function effectively as a proportional flow regulator. This valve boasts excellent linearity and hysteresis characteristics, ensuring precise flow regulation. The hardened spool and cage construction contribute to its long service life and durability. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations to suit various applications, along with efficient wet-armature construction that enhances performance. The cartridges are voltage-interchangeable, providing flexibility in usage. Additionally, the unitized, molded coil design ensures robustness while the standard coil waterproofing affords protection in challenging environments. For added convenience and control, a manual override option is available. This valve is ideal for applications requiring reliable proportional flow control with high precision and adaptability across different settings.
