The Hydraforce 5123443 (5123443) is a high-performance, screw-in, cartridge-style valve designed for efficient pressure management in hydraulic systems. Known as the TS1036X, this pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing-relieving valve offers precise control by adjusting the flow and pressure based on variable electric input. The functionality of the TS1036X allows it to regulate pressure proportionally to the electrical current received. When current is applied to the valve's coil, it directs flow from port 2 to port 1 until a specific pressure at port 1 causes the pilot section to open, counteracting the solenoid force. This action restricts inlet flow at port 2 to maintain desired pressure levels at port 1 while also relieving pressure from port 1 to port 3 when necessary. In absence of electrical current, the TS1036X defaults to a relief setting of approximately 100 psi. The TS1036X is equipped with both 12 and 24-volt coils as standard options and features optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for superior environmental resistance.
