The Hydraforce 5124004 (5124004) is a sophisticated hydraulic component designed for precise fluid power management in various applications. This cartridge-style valve functions as a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing-relieving valve. It is engineered to adjust fluid pressure infinitely within a set range through variable electric input, ensuring the regulated pressure is directly proportional to the electrical current supplied to the valve coil. The TS1036X model operates efficiently by allowing flow from port 2 to port 1 when current is applied to the coil, maintaining control until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section. This action offsets the solenoid force induced electrically. Once the desired pressure level at port 1 is achieved, the valve modulates to restrict flow at port 2, thus regulating and maintaining consistent pressure at port 1. In addition, this model provides relief from port 1 to port 3 when no current is applied, defaulting to relieve at approximately 100 psi. Notably equipped with both 12 and 24-volt coils as standard options and boasting optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability against environmental elements. The TS1036X also features an industry-common cavity which facilitates integration into existing systems with minimal adaptation required. For added versatility in operation and maintenance scenarios, an optional manual override feature is available. This combination of advanced features makes the Hydraforce TS1036X an essential component for applications requiring precise hydraulic pressure management with reliable performance under varying electrical inputs.
