The Hydraforce 5600201V (5600201V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits requiring low internal leakage. This valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until enough pressure is present at port 1 to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and offers a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. The adjustment options A, B, and C include positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. It supports optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, an optional bi-directional pressure seal is available. The compact size of this valve makes it suitable for applications with space constraints.
