The Hydraforce 5601200 (5601200) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, differential area, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits. It is engineered to provide low hysteresis and low internal leakage, making it suitable for applications where precise pressure control is critical. The RV08-22X model blocks flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the poppet. This valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out, ensuring stability and reliability in operation. It offers various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustable options with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. Additionally, there is an optional bi-directional pressure capability available with a bi-directional pressure seal option. The hardened poppet and cage components contribute to the valve's long life and durability. Optional spring ranges are available up to 248 bar (3600 psi), allowing for smooth response to pressure surges. Its compact size and compatibility with industry-common cavities make it versatile for integration into various hydraulic systems.
