The Hydraforce 5612563.32 (5612563.32) is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting poppet type relief valve designed to serve as a pressure limiting device in hydraulic circuits. The XRV50-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, allowing it to relieve excess pressure. This valve is engineered for applications requiring rapid response to load changes, characterized by its low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and reduced internal leakage. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and a consistent adjuster height during pressure setting adjustments. The hardened poppet and cage enhance durability and longevity, while optional spring ranges allow for pressures up to 345 bar (5000 psi). The valve's design fits an industry-common cavity, making it versatile for various hydraulic systems.
