The Hydraforce 5612608 (5612608) is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting poppet type relief valve designed to serve as a pressure limiting device for common hydraulic circuit protection. This model, known as the XRVd50-20X, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until a specific pressure level at port 1 causes the poppet to unseat. The valve is engineered for rapid response to load changes, making it ideal for applications that demand low hysteresis, minimal pressure rise, and reduced internal leakage. Notably, the adjustments on this valve cannot be backed out, and the height of the adjuster remains unchanged when altering the pressure setting. Constructed with a hardened poppet and cage, this relief valve promises extended durability. Additionally, it offers optional spring ranges up to 345 bar (5000 psi), ensuring versatility across various applications. The design also features an industry-common cavity for ease of integration into existing systems.
