The Hydraforce 5612914 (5612914) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in hydraulic circuit protection. This model, known as the RVD58-20, efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. It is engineered to provide fast response to load changes with minimal hysteresis and pressure rise, ensuring low internal leakage. The valve features a compact and economical design with dynamic response capabilities that make it suitable for applications experiencing pressure surges. The hardened poppet and cage construction contribute to its long service life. Optional spring ranges allow for adjustments up to 350 bar (5076 psi), accommodating various system requirements. Additionally, it includes high durometer Buna and Fluorocarbon seals for enhanced durability and performance under different conditions, along with an optional cap feature. An embossed QR code provides a serial number for easy identification and tracking of the product.
