In its normal state, the PR10-32X valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining constant drainage of the spring chamber at port 3. Upon reaching a pre-set pressure at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 at a variable value above the set reducing pressure.
