The Hydraforce 5617003V (5617003V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic sequence valve, specifically engineered for precise hydraulic control in complex systems. This model, known as the PS10-30X, is designed to manage flow direction to a secondary circuit once a specified pressure level is achieved in the primary circuit. In its default state, the valve blocks flow at port 1 while permitting flow from port 2 to port 3. Upon reaching the predetermined pressure at port 1, the valve activates and opens port 1 to port 2 while closing port 3. Featuring adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prohibiting springs from becoming solid, it offers optional spring ranges up to 144.8 bar (2100 psi). The hardened spool and cage ensure durability and extended service life. The PS10-30X is compatible with industry-standard sizes, making it versatile for integration into various hydraulic systems requiring reliable sequence control under varying pressures.
