The Hydraforce 5617006 (5617006) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic sequence valve known as the PS10-30X. This valve is engineered to direct flow to a secondary circuit upon reaching a predetermined pressure in the primary circuit. In its default state, the PS10-30X effectively blocks flow at port 1 while permitting flow from port 2 to port 3. Once the set pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve transitions to open port 1 to port 2 and closes port 3. Notable features include adjustment mechanisms that cannot be backed out of the valve and adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid. The PS10-30X offers optional spring ranges up to 144.8 bar (2100 psi) and incorporates a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability and extended operational life. Its design conforms to industry-common sizes, ensuring compatibility with various hydraulic systems requiring precise sequence control under specific pressure conditions.
