The Hydraforce 5618150V (5618150V) is a spool type, direct acting, adjustable, external pilot hydraulic sequence valve with an externally vented spring chamber. This valve is designed to block flow between ports 2 and 3 bidirectionally until the pressure setting at port 1 is reached, at which point the spool shifts to open these ports bidirectionally. The spring chamber is consistently vented at port 4, and pressure at this port adds to the spring setting in a 1:1 ratio. Key features of this valve include adjustments that cannot be backed out, ensuring that springs do not go solid. It offers optional spring ranges up to 151.7 bar (2200 psi) and includes a hardened precision spool and cage for extended durability. The PS10-40X model is compatible with industry-common sizes, making it versatile for various hydraulic applications where precise flow control and sequence operations are required.
