The Hydraforce 5620106 (5620106) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type hydraulic sequence valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. Specifically known as the PS10-36X, this valve efficiently manages flow by blocking it from port 1 to port 2 in its default state while maintaining the spring chamber drained at port 3. When the pressure at port 1 reaches a predetermined level, the valve shifts to allow flow between port 1 and port 2. This shifting mechanism remains active until the circuit pressure falls below the set threshold. An important design feature is that any back pressure on port 3 contributes to the spring setting value, ensuring reliable operation under varying conditions. The PS10-36X is engineered with hardened spool and cage components, providing durability and extended service life even in demanding environments. It offers optional spring ranges up to 144.8 bar (2100 psi), allowing for customization based on specific application requirements. The design also ensures that adjustments cannot be backed out of the valve and prevents springs from reaching a solid state, enhancing operational safety and reliability. This industry-common size valve is suitable for various applications where precise hydraulic sequencing is essential, providing consistent performance in controlling system pressures and flows.
