The Hydraforce 5620116 (5620116) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type hydraulic sequence valve designed for precise flow control in hydraulic systems. This valve features an internal pilot and external spring chamber drain, ensuring reliable operation in various applications. In its default state, the PS10-36X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 while maintaining the spring chamber drained at port 3. When a predetermined pressure level is reached at port 1, the valve shifts to allow flow between ports 1 and 2. The valve remains open until the circuit pressure drops below the set threshold. Notably, any back pressure on port 3 contributes to the overall spring setting value. This hydraulic sequence valve is equipped with several advantageous features that enhance its performance and longevity. It includes hardened spool and cage components designed to extend its operational life significantly. The adjustments on this model are engineered to prevent backing out of the valve and ensure that springs do not compress to a solid state during operation. Additionally, it offers optional spring ranges up to 144.8 bar (2100 psi), providing versatility for different pressure settings. The PS10-36X's industry-common size ensures compatibility with a wide range of hydraulic systems, making it an ideal choice for applications requiring dependable sequence control under varying pressures.
