The Hydraforce 5623085 (5623085) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated relief valve designed for high-performance hydraulic circuits that demand quick response and minimal hysteresis. This two-stage, spool-type valve effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 exceeds a predetermined threshold. Once this occurs, the pilot relief is activated, allowing the main stage to shift and open the flow between ports. It's important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV12-26X model features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing springs from going solid and ensuring reliable operation. It also boasts a hardened spool and cage for extended durability. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi), enabling customization based on specific application needs. With its rapid and smooth response to pressure surges, this product is an efficient solution for maintaining system integrity in demanding environments. Its cost-effective cavity design further enhances its appeal as a versatile component in hydraulic systems.
