The Hydraforce 5623091 (5623091) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, allowing the main stage to shift and open port 1 to port 2. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV12-26X features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, ensuring springs do not go solid and maintaining system integrity. The hardened spool and cage construction contribute to its long lifespan, while optional spring ranges extend up to 240 bar (3500 psi), accommodating various application needs. This product offers rapid and smooth responses to pressure surges, making it a cost-effective solution for hydraulic systems requiring precise pressure control.
