The Hydraforce 5637102 (5637102) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool-type hydraulic sequence valve, known as the PS10-32. It is designed to manage hydraulic flow by directing it to a secondary circuit once a predetermined pressure is reached in the primary circuit. In its default state, this valve blocks flow from port 3 to port 2. When the pressure at port 1 reaches a set level, the valve shifts to allow flow from port 3 to port 2. The spring chamber of this valve is vented at port 2, meaning that any back pressure here will directly influence the valve's pressure setting on a one-to-one basis. This component features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prohibits springs from reaching a solid state, ensuring reliable operation. It offers optional spring ranges up to 144.8 bar (2100 psi), and its hardened spool and cage ensure long-lasting durability. Additionally, its industry-common size makes it suitable for various applications where controlling hydraulic sequence flow is essential.
